Charities carries the firm's expertise into the organisations least able to buy it, and measures the result in money that reaches the programme.
What the division does
International charities and foundations carry currency risk on every grant they move and every budget they set, usually without a treasury function to manage it. Audere Charities gives them the same risk and treasury advice the firm gives its commercial clients, at terms set for the sector.
The work covers treasury and foreign exchange policy, execution and the analytics behind both. Charities use the same platform as every other Audere client, so a finance director can see what a transfer cost and what it should have cost.
Charitytransfers.org is the division's programme for charity foreign exchange and payments, and runs as a recognisable initiative within Audere Charities rather than as a separate business.
