AAF 01/20 and ISAE 3402

Audere maintains an independently examined control framework covering its financial risk management consultancy, analytics platform and related technology-enabled services.

Our assurance programme is conducted by Buzzacott Audit LLP in accordance with ICAEW Technical Release AAF 01/20 and International Standard on Assurance Engagements 3402. These standards provide service-organisation assurance commonly associated with SOC Type I and Type II reporting.

Type I assurance

Audere’s Type I report covers the design and implementation of its control environment as at 11 March 2026. It provides independent assurance over whether the controls were appropriately designed and implemented at that date.

Type II assurance

Our Type II assurance programme extends this examination to the operating effectiveness of controls over a defined review period. This provides clients and their auditors with evidence of how the control framework operates in practice over time.

Scope of assurance

The control framework covers key areas including:

• Analytics, reporting and benchmarking

• Supported execution workflows

• Corporate governance and compliance oversight

• Information security and access management

• Technology development and change controls

• Data protection, resilience and incident management
